Schedule a Consultation
We know how important your time is to you, just as it is to us. As great as it would be to have everyone come in for a consultation to determine if we are a good fit for one another, we realize that phone consultations are a better way.
If this is something that you are interested in, all you need to do is call us and leave a message to schedule your consultation. Appointments are available after morning (after 1:00 pm) and evening shifts (after 7:00 pm). Please give multiple times in case one of your desired slots is already booked.
Each phone call will last approximately 10 minutes and is meant to determine if our office will be a good fit for you. It is a conversation between you and the doctor so you can share what it is you are looking for, and for Dr. John to let you know exactly what it is we do in our office to be able to help you.
This call is not to offer any diagnosis, treatment suggestions, or medical advice, but is an educational call for both you and Dr. John so each of you can decide whether partnering together for the next step is a viable option.
If you prefer to come in person for your consultation, we are more than happy to go that traditional route as well. The only difference is that your consultation will be part of your initial visit, which will include your intake form and history, and now has a $150 fee attached.
This allows us to transition you smoothly into the exam and adjustment without the need for creating another appointment. In the past, in-person consultations were not done this way, but as the way we all do things has changed dramatically in 2020, scheduling to ensure that only one patient/family is in the office at a time requires us to move forward differently. To do that, as stated, in-person consultations will include intake forms and a history, and will come with a fee of $150. If you then decide to move forward with the exam and if needed, chiropractic adjustment, that will bring the total to $250. If not, the visit is $150.
